Pique's Sun Goddess Matcha is organic, first-harvest ceremonial matcha from Kagoshima packed in single-serve sticks that you stir or shake into 12 oz of water. Pique says it is screened for heavy metals, toxic molds, radioactive isotopes and pesticides, and a ConsumerLab test cited by one reviewer found very low lead. Taste reviews are poor to mixed: matcha creators rated it 5.5/10 or called it grainy, bitter and astringent, and at $68 for 28 sticks it costs more per serving than most daily matchas in this guide.

How it scored
Cup score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
Rated 5.5/10 by one matcha creator and called grainy, bitter and astringent by another; a fitness creator found it refreshing.
Organic first-harvest matcha in convenient sticks, but reviewers report a yellowish color, graininess and a thin body.
$68 for 28 servings (about $2.43 each, $2.07 on subscription) is steep for matcha.
Kagoshima origin and first harvest are stated, plus screening for heavy metals, molds, radioactive isotopes and pesticides; ConsumerLab-reported lead was very low.
Heavily promoted by wellness influencers and has loyal daily drinkers, but independent matcha reviewers are critical and Reddit users cite the per-stick cost.
