Califia's Vanilla Oat Creamer combines oat milk (water and oats) with cane sugar, sunflower oil and natural vanilla flavor, plus sunflower lecithin and guar and gellan gums for body. The brand lists 20 calories and 2 g of sugar per serving and labels it vegan, gluten-free (gluten-free oats), soy-free, kosher and non-GMO. It comes in a 25.4 fl oz bottle sold through grocers, Amazon and Instacart, and Califia's site lists no price. We found little independent tasting coverage, so treat the flavor score as provisional.

Flavor profile
In the roaster’s words
“Seductive vanilla flavor blends with rich oat milk for a coffee creamer that's so decadent and creamy it's hard to believe it's dairy-free”
How it scored
Cup score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
Provisional: we found no independent written taste test of this flavor, only a short YouTube review, so it sits at a neutral score.
Low in sugar (2 g) and calories (20), but uses sunflower oil and two gums, unlike Califia's newer 'no oils, no gums' almond creamers.
Not scored on price: Califia doesn't list one, and grocery pricing varies by store.
Uses gluten-free oats and carries vegan, kosher and non-GMO marks on its page, with no origin detail.
A widely stocked brand, but this specific creamer has little independent review coverage.
