Onyx designs it as a filter blend, but it publishes an espresso brew guide for it and many r/espresso users pull it as a daily shot. Expect a sweeter, brighter espresso than a classic dark Italian-style blend.
What roast level is Southern Weather?
Onyx labels it 'Moderate' (Agtron #123), between its light Geometry blend and its darker Monarch. Its Amazon listing calls it a medium roast.
How fresh is it when it arrives?
