A kitchen-sink instant mushroom coffee: lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, collagen, probiotics, L-theanine and only 45 mg caffeine.
Atlas+ Coffee Superblend is an instant mushroom coffee that packs a lot into a 6 g scoop: organic lion's mane, reishi and cordyceps extracts (2,250 mg fruiting-body equivalent), 2,600 mg bovine collagen, ashwagandha, L-theanine, agave inulin, a DE111 probiotic and vitamins D3 and B12, with 45 mg of caffeine. Taste of Home named it the best mushroom coffee overall: bitter and a little chalky, but better than most. Evident criticized the long proprietary blend as making real doses hard to judge. It costs $52 a bag one-off (28 servings) and much less on subscription.

How it scored
Cup score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
Taste of Home's tester calls it bitter and slightly chalky like many instants, yet 'considerably better than other mushroom coffees' she tried.
Gives fruiting-body equivalents for each mushroom plus meaningful collagen and L-theanine doses, but it is a long proprietary blend with maltodextrin.
$52 one-off ($1.86 a serving) is high; the $38 subscription price is closer to the category norm.
Coffee origin isn't given for this blend, and the '3rd Party Tested' claim comes without published results; Evident flags the transparency gaps.
Taste of Home's 'Best Overall' pick, but there is little other independent coverage and Evident gives it a low score.
What people are saying
Verbatim from Reddit, forums and long-term owner write-ups — linked so you can read the full thread.
“It tastes like a lot of instant coffees, bitter with a slightly chalky mouthfeel … There’s no complexity or balanced flavor like you get with brewed coffee, but it’s considerably better than other mushroom coffees I’ve tried.”
“I was shocked to learn there’s only 45 milligrams of caffeine in each serving … I noticed an immediate difference in clarity and energy that picked me out of my afternoon slump.”
“The 'kitchen-sink' formula with 10+ ingredients is ambitious but raises dosage concerns — the 2,250mg total includes mushrooms AND ashwagandha, so actual mushroom content is unclear.”
