RYZE is organic instant Arabica coffee blended with 2,000 mg per serving of six mushrooms (cordyceps, reishi, turkey tail, king trumpet, shiitake and lion's mane). The current label also lists a prebiotic fiber blend of acacia, inulin and tapioca. A cup has about 48 mg of caffeine, roughly half a regular coffee. Independent testers describe it as mild and earthy, like weak instant coffee, and the ones we found noticed little beyond the caffeine. Human evidence for the mushroom claims is limited.

How it scored
Cup score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
Testers call it mild and earthy, like slightly weak instant coffee: drinkable, especially with milk, but not a coffee lover's cup.
USDA Organic, no added sugar and a disclosed 2,000 mg mushroom dose, but it is a proprietary blend of instant coffee and powders.
$45 for 30 servings ($1.50 a cup) one-off is expensive for instant coffee; the subscription deals bring it closer to $0.90–$1.20.
Names its coffee origin (Mexico) and US-grown mushrooms and says it tests for mycotoxins and heavy metals, but publishes no lab results.
Very popular, with 55.8K units sold on its TikTok Shop listing, but independent reviews are split on taste, effects and the auto-ship checkout.

What people are saying
Verbatim from Reddit, forums and long-term owner write-ups — linked so you can read the full thread.
“It tastes a little like watered-down instant coffee with hints of earthiness and could be a nice alternative to tea. It’s not as good as coffee, but not bad either.”
“I didn't experience nearly the same energy and concentration benefits as I do with coffee. I'd say probably a third or less of the subjective benefits, which tracks with this coffee alternative only providing 48 milligrams (mg) of caffeine.”
“Do I think RYZE Mushroom coffee tastes bad? No. It just tastes different and not like coffee. I do not think RYZE Mushroom Coffee tastes like mushrooms either. It’s a different taste but not bad.”
“While Ryze delivers consistent, stress-free energy that some may appreciate, its more acidic, tang-forward taste didn’t offer the balance of flavor and drinkability we looked for in our top-ranked mushroom coffees.”

FAQ
RYZE's FAQ says a cup has about 48 mg of caffeine, and the current nutrition panel rounds this to ~50 mg. That is less than half of a typical cup of brewed coffee. The caffeine comes from organic instant Arabica coffee grown in Mexico.
The nutrition panel on RYZE's product page lists organic instant coffee, the six-mushroom Super6 blend and a prebiotic fiber blend (acacia, inulin, tapioca), with 0 g of fat. Older reviews and the brand's short product description still mention MCT, which refers to an earlier formula.
RYZE markets the blend for energy, focus, gut and immune health, but the FDA has not evaluated these statements and the product has not been clinically tested. A naturopathic doctor and testers at Garage Gym Reviews and Illuminate Labs found little beyond the caffeine effect. Treat any benefit as unproven.
The bag carries the USDA Organic seal. RYZE's FAQ says its ingredients are tested for mycotoxins and heavy metals, but it does not publish certificates of analysis.
