Om's Mushroom Coffee Blend combines organic instant Arabica and whole coffee fruit extract (110 mg caffeine per serving) with 2,000 mg of organic lion's mane and cordyceps. Om grows the mushrooms itself on organic oats in Vista, California, so the powder contains both fruit body and mycelium on the oat substrate. Om states beta-glucan content (400 mg per serving), which few brands do, and says every product is tested in-house and by a third-party lab for heavy metals. Independent coverage is thin, and one 2026 YouTube reviewer recommended other brands instead.

How much caffeine is in Om Mushroom Coffee Blend?

The supplement facts panel lists 110 mg of total caffeine per serving, from organic Arabica coffee powder and whole coffee fruit extract. That is similar to a regular cup of coffee, so it isn't a low-caffeine option.

Does it use fruiting bodies or mycelium?

Both. The label lists lion's mane mycelial biomass and fruit body, and cordyceps mycelial biomass, stroma and fruit body, cultured on organic whole oats. Om states 400 mg of beta-glucans per serving.

Is it tested for heavy metals?
