Volcanica's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a washed, patio-dried single origin from the Gedeo Zone grown at about 7,500 feet, roasted medium-light. Volcanica lists notes of lemon, blueberry and blackberry and labels it USDA Organic, Fairtrade and kosher certified, and it is the roaster's top-selling single origin. Reddit buyers range from calling it a favorite to finding it too sour to dial in.

FAQ
Volcanica lists lemon, blueberry and blackberry notes. It is a washed coffee roasted medium-light, so expect a bright, tea-like cup rather than a chocolatey one.
It can work: Volcanica also sells it in an espresso grind, and one Reddit user reports tasty shots from a Philips super-automatic. As a bright, medium-light washed coffee it can turn sour if under-extracted, so grind finer or brew hotter.
Volcanica says it roasts every week in its Atlanta-area facility and usually ships within one business day.
