A $70 stainless gooseneck kettle with five temperature presets and a 60-minute hold: the budget route to better pour-over.
COSORI's best-known gooseneck kettle (model CO108-NK) holds 0.8 L and heats with 1200 W to five presets, from 170°F for white tea to 205°F for coffee and a full boil, then holds temperature for up to 60 minutes. The kettle, lid and spout are food-grade stainless steel, and boil-dry protection shuts it off when nearly empty. It lacks degree-by-degree control and a timer, which pricier kettles like the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro offer.

How it scored
Gear score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
Five fixed presets (including 205°F for coffee) and a gooseneck spout cover most pour-over needs, but there is no degree-by-degree control or timer.
Food-grade stainless steel kettle, lid and spout on a plastic base, with boil-dry protection and a 2-year limited warranty.
One-touch presets, a 60-minute hold and fast boiling make it simple; customization is limited to the five presets.
At $69.99 it costs well under half the price of premium gooseneck kettles.
Coffeeness named COSORI's (Smart) gooseneck kettle the best-value pick in its gooseneck guide, but creator coverage of the Original model is thin.
