The benchmark pour-over kettle: to-the-degree control, a precision spout and a color screen with schedule and hold modes, at a premium.
Fellow's current Stagg EKG electric gooseneck kettle (sold in Pro and Pro Studio Edition versions) holds 0.9 L and heats to any temperature from 104°F to 212°F. A full-color screen adds scheduling, guide-mode presets, a brew stopwatch, altitude and pre-boil settings and a 15–60 minute hold, and Wi-Fi is used only for firmware updates. Owners and reviewers praise its precision and design; the main drawback is price next to budget gooseneck kettles.

How it scored
Gear score out of 10, weighted across five factors.
To-the-degree control from 104°F to 212°F and a precision spout; Bens Coffee Rants measured both EKG generations within 1°F accuracy.
304 stainless steel body, ETL/UL/CSA certified, with a 2-year standard warranty that can be extended.
Color screen, scheduling, hold up to 60 minutes, a built-in brew stopwatch and an arrival chime make daily pour-over effortless.
At $179.95–$229.95 it costs two to three times as much as capable budget gooseneck kettles such as COSORI's $69.99 model.
Long the reference kettle for pour-over; creators from Kyle Rowsell to Daddy Got Coffee review the Pro and Pro Studio, mostly debating whether the premium is worth it.

“Overall I really mainly have been enjoying the look of the improved and stealthy display on glass top EKG Pro Studio. Also the chime when it hits the target temperature is a nice addition!”
“I was a little disappointed the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth connectivity doesn't really do much besides enable firmware updates.”
